Short, plain terms of sale. Grip Arcade is the sole trader Janne Sinivirta (business ID 1791090-8), Vantaa, Finland.

Seller & governing law

The seller is Janne Sinivirta (sole trader, business ID 1791090-8), Vantaa, Finland. These terms and the sale are governed by Finnish law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of that country. For consumer disputes you can contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta) or the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). If you live in another EU country, your local European Consumer Centre can help you with a cross-border dispute.

Prices & payment

Product prices are shown on each product page. Shipping of €10 (flat, EU-wide) is added at checkout, so the total is always the product price + €10. No VAT is added to the prices — the seller is not liable for VAT under the Finnish small-business exemption (VAT Act, section 3). Payment is handled by Stripe (card and MobilePay) and charged when you place the order.

Delivery

Every game is printed to order in Vantaa, Finland, and usually handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days of your order as a tracked parcel — you get the tracking code by email when it ships. We deliver to EU countries. Delivery takes place at the latest within 30 days of the order.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

When buying from the online shop you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product, without giving any reason. Notify us at hello@griparcade.eu — a free-form email is enough, or use the model form on the shipping & returns page. You'll get the return address in the reply.

Send the product back within 14 days of your notice; return postage is paid by the buyer. We refund the payment, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice — we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you provide proof of having sent it.

You may examine the product the way you could in a shop. If the value of the product is diminished by handling beyond that, you are liable for the diminished value — but the right of withdrawal itself still applies.

Defect liability

You have statutory protection against defects under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product has a manufacturing or material fault, we will put it right — primarily by replacing the faulty game with a new one. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law. Nature of the product & limitation of liability

Grip Arcade products are finger-strength training accessories for adults — they are not toys. Finger training is strenuous by nature: warm up, increase load gradually, and stop if something hurts. We are not liable for damage arising from use contrary to these instructions or from normal wear. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, such as product liability for personal injury.
