Shipping — €10, whole EU

Every game is printed to order and packed by hand in Vantaa, Finland, and usually handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days of your order. The parcel is tracked — you get the tracking code by email when it ships. Delivery takes place at the latest within 30 days.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product, no reason needed. Notify us by email at hello@griparcade.eu — free-form or with the form below. You'll get the return address in the reply.

Send the product back within 14 days of your notice; return postage is paid by the buyer. We refund the payment, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice — we may withhold the refund until the product is back or you provide proof of sending it. Details in the terms.
